Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy

You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details shortly after placing an order. Fully paid orders are usually dispatched on the same day for orders made before 2pm or within 24-48 hours during standard business days between Monday to Friday.

We will send your goods to the nominated destination via courier delivery services. We use delivery service providers such as StarTrack, Go Logistics, Courier Please or other equivalent reliable postal services at our discretion. If goods are unavailable, we will notify you by email with the revised delivery date or offer a full refund. eSS Office Tech endeavours to keep stock details up to date and maintain our warehouse inventory but we cannot always guarantee the availability, as we are dependent on our suppliers.

The estimated delivery time for metro suburbs is between 1-3 business days and 3-7 business days for regional areas (or longer depending on the destination). Shipping services are under the terms and conditions of the delivery service provider.

The goods are shipped from our partner warehouses in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, or SA for our customers to receive the goods as fast as possible. Goods maybe shipped from interstate in some circumstances due to stock availability.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on orders with a total amount over $55.00 inc GST, but only for goods that can be delivered within the standard parcel box sizes or satchels.

Bulky items and goods within a single order that exceed the standard parcel box size or weight will incur delivery service charges. Our service team will contact you prior to shipping and inform you of the additional delivery charges.

Refund and Return Policy

eSS Office Tech complies with Australian Consumer Laws.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully. eSS Office Tech does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind after a purchase. In certain cases, we may accept an order cancellation if the goods have not dispatched and provide you with a partial refund and charge a 6% administration fee of the original purchase costs.

Backorders are eligible to be cancelled anytime for a full refund before stock arrival and processing.

Defective goods

Goods that are defective upon receipt through no fault of the customer must be notified to eSS Office Tech within 30 days. eSS Office Tech or the supplier/manufacturer will determine if the goods are deemed to be faulty and if so, we will offer a repair or in some circumstances an exchange. Please consider that some goods may need to be sent away for an assessment.

Full refunds will only be eligible for products that are substantially unfit for purpose.

Certain tech products are covered with manufacturer's warranty, and we may refer you to the manufacturer to assess your case.
